Step 1:
Share your ideas
Contact our design team to let us know what jewelry you would like to create. The more detailed your inquiry, the easier it will be for us to craft your dream piece. Once you agree to a design, our experts will provide you with a quote for your bespoke creation.
Step 2:
Design your item.
After settling a deposit fee, our team will begin working on the fine details of your piece. This is a collaborative process between you and the designer. To better illustrate your vision, we can provide drawings, computer designs, and mock-ups of the jewelry. Our experts will not proceed to production until you are completely satisfied with the result.
Step 3:
Receive your dream jewelry.
This is the part where you can sit back and relax. Your jewelry design will be sent to our expert craftsmen in the workshop for completion. The crafting process may take around four to five weeks, depending on your design. Once ready, we will deliver your item beautifully packaged right to your doorstep.
